Earline P. Morse graduated from the
University of Missouri in 1990. She then
continued her education and earned a
degree of Optometry from the University of
Houston College of Optometry. Dr. Morse
later completed an advance fellowship
training in Ocular Disease with Dr. Charles A.
Garcia at The University of Texas Medical
School in the Department of Ophthalmology.
Dr Morse has additional certifications as
Glaucoma Specialist and Therapeutic
Optometrist. Dr. Morse has been recognized
as Outstanding Optometric Doctor for the
Uniformed Services Family Health Plan.
She enjoys gardening and spending time with
friends and family.
